Up to three working days for public interest projects
Employees are also citizens conscious of the challenges facing the community. As such, they should be able to help make a difference alongside TotalEnergies Foundation partners if they wish.
Action! is a program designed to give all employees the time and the means to get involved, making it possible for them to devote up to three days of their working time every year to citizenship initiatives. If everyone pitches in, we can make a tangible and meaningful contribution to the development of our host communities and regions.
