The LinkedOut jeunes project is a support program to help excluded young people get back to work, where the absence of social and professional networks is a major obstacle.
Le Rocher Oasis des cités
The association offers young people aged 15-30 in vulnerable situations, a long-term, customized support system called Insertion au Rocher: remobilization, regaining self-confidence, building a project for the future, and supporting them until they are autonomous.
Les Cités d’Or
The program Les Écoles Buissonnières invites young people aged 16-25, with civic service status, to become fully proactive in their own lives and in society for six months through projects that encourage living together in priority areas.
Through its “Women in Digital - 100% jeunes” project, Social Builder encourages young women, who do not have ready access to the labor market, to integrate digital professions. It’s a collaborative approach that associates young people and players on the shop floor, to co-create a tailored career path combining awareness-raising, finding out about different professions, career guidance, practices, self-confidence and mentoring.
