2023 Call for partners - Education and Inclusion: focus on the professional inclusion of young people in socially vulnerable situations.
TotalEnergies Foundation supports around one hundred partner associations working for young people in difficulty, to contribute to equal opportunities. Since 2020, the Foundation’s annual call for “Education and Inclusion” partners aims to identify and support new players and initiatives likely to have an impact in this sector.
In the space of just three years, TotalEnergies Foundation call for partners has already provided funding for 26 projects with a strong social impact, and thereby helped around 55,000 of the most vulnerable young people. We are renewing the operation this year.
The 2023 edition will target primarily initiatives relative to the professional inclusion of young people in socially vulnerable situations, irrespective of the social sector.
Equal opportunities means giving all young people the opportunity to find their vocation in life and giving them access to a job or equal working conditions, irrespective of their social, cultural, sexual, ethnic or religious origins.
TotalEnergies Foundation has therefore chosen to dedicate its 2023 call for projects to initiatives where the ultimate aim is for socially vulnerable young people to enter the job market in favorable and sustainable conditions, whether their vulnerable situation is socio-economic, and/or related to any minority group that is victim of exclusion and/or discrimination (e.g. young people living in QPV - priority districts in cities, territories in rural areas, those cared for by the French child welfare agency, those monitored by the French Youth Protection and Juvenile Justice system, the disabled, refugees, LGBT, young women who are victims of violence, etc.).
The winning structures will benefit from financial support for a period of one to three years, support to develop their capacity to act and their impact, and the mobilization of TotalEnergies employees involved in volunteer initiatives through the Action! program.
