Taking action for young people with our partners

Take a look at the pictures to discover the results of the actions for the training and professional inclusion of young people carried out and supported by the TotalEnergies Foundation and its partner associations.

The TotalEnergies Fondation is committed to supporting young people all over France.

With Les Concerts de Poche, enthusiasts can participate in 2,000 hours of creative musical workshops and enjoy 160 concerts.

Reaching out to 13,000 young people in the territories of 9 regions with little or no access to culture.
From September 2020 to September 2021.

With OpérApprentis, every year, 500 young people in Apprentice Training Centers (CFA) and vocational high schools in the Île-de-France region are introduced to the world of opera.

Since 2018, with Crée Ton Avenir, 1,100 young people have received internships thanks to our staff’s work and commitment.

With Alliance pour l’éducation – United Way, 13,600 students have received vocational guidance over the 2021/22 academic year.

For over 15 years now, the Naturenautes have welcomed about 3,600 students on nature camps to discover the hidden world of marine and coastal ecosystems.

With the SNSM, 1,403 internship students were trained in sea rescue techniques in 2021.

Over 15 years’ work with the Fondation du Patrimoine, 270 restoration projects have been supported and over 700 jobs created or maintained.

Since 2010, Rêv’Elles has supported 1,100 young girls in their career ambitions.

With Démos Avancés, under the guidance of the Philharmonie de Paris, more than 400 young musicians are now part of 13 orchestras, among which 11 in provincial areas.

From October 2021 to May 2022, the TotalEnergies Fondation and its partners granted young people 1,500 tickets to cultural events.

With APELS, the “Déclics sportifs” program has supported 600 young athletes in their professional integration over the past 3 years.

Over the past 3 years, Apprentis d’Auteuil and the “La Touline” scheme have enabled 1,000 young adults who had previously benefitted from the Aide Sociale à l’Enfance policy, to receive social support.

With the VIA road safety awareness program, co-created by the Michelin and TotalEnergies foundations, 2,000 students have been trained since 2019 in 24 Écoles de Production, 24 Apprentice Training Centers (CFA) and inclusion establishments.

Today, 44 schools use an educational approach of “learning by doing”, 28 of them supported by the TotalEnergies Foundation.

Target: 100 schools, 4,000 young people in training by 2028.

L’Industreet by TotalEnergies, a campus dedicated to the industrial professions of the future.

Our aim for the end of 2022 is to ensure that 400 young people are qualified every year.

Every year, around 10 new projects to support inclusion and education are supported following a call for partners.

The TotalEnergies Foundation works with its 100 partners to help young people find their way.
