Launch of the 2022 Call for Partners: three new themes for youth inclusion & education

In 2021, nine associations working for youth inclusion & education were selected after the call for partners launched by TotalEnergies Foundation. The operation is being renewed this year and will begin on February 14.

In 2022, the call for partners focuses on three themes and is targeting associations that aim to:

  • Help parents contribute to their children’s educational success and career choices, and help young parents get the training they need to gain a foothold in working life.
  • Help young people in difficulty to master the basics of French.
  • Offer young people educational activities to broaden their horizons.

The projects must be designed for young people aged 12 to 25, most of whom are socially vulnerable. Specific attention will be given to projects designed to incorporate young refugees and/or unaccompanied minors.

The call for partners is being launched on two levels: the first targets associations working on a national scale and seeking to develop their project in at least two regions where TotalEnergies is present. The second – at local scale – focuses more specifically on associations working in the Seine-et-Marne department where the Grandpuits industrial site is located.

Young people’s success is the reason why TotalEnergies Foundation exists. Among its commitments, the priority area of Youth Inclusion & Education has a crucial place.

“We wanted to make the call for partners an annual occurrence. The aim is to enable associations to join our ecosystem to support the development of tangible projects to strengthen equal opportunities and fulfillment for young people, who are the future of the French regions,” explains Bruno Courme, Vice President of TotalEnergies Foundation solidarity program in which the Foundation anchors its actions.

Associations that are interested can submit their projects via a dedicated platform (in French), and are invited to consult the guide which gives details of the selection criteria and conditions.

Selected partners will receive financial support for rolling out their project and also expert advice and active contributions from our employees volunteering through the Action! program.
